Temperature Mapping Solutions

Qualification of: truck trailers, sea containers, warehouses, walk-in cooling units, refrigerators.

Temperature mapping has to be performed as part of Operationa Qualification and part of Performance Qualification.

OBJECTIVES OF MAPPING:

Demonstrate that shelves in the storage facility are built in a way that they will not be affected directly by the conditioned air from the cooling units and by the warm air from outside of the doors.

Demonstrate that shelves and their load do not negatively influence uniform temperature distribution.

Indentify cold and hot spots.

Show that during normal operation, the storage facility stays stable within the set limits.

Unique Sustainable Exchange Program

To ensure smooth exchange between non-calibrated and calibrated devices, Globalworx has developed a unique exchange process.

Use the device until the last date of the calibration cycle. One week before the end of it, you will receive the new calibrated devices to your facility. Simply replace the “new” with the “old” one. The new devices will be added to your account, and the old ones will be returned to the Globalworx facility for recycling . The exchange has never been so easy as with the new Globalworx Sustainable Exchange Program.
